R. Thomas Murtha is a Capstone Realty Advisors Partner.

For a decade, Thomas has specialized in Tenant Representation, with primary services lines including office relocation, lease renewals, expansions, subleasing, lease auditing, and general advisory.

Education: Trinity College, BA in Political Philosophy and History. 4 year letter winner, men’s varsity ice hockey. Post-Graduate of The Taft School in Watertown Connecticut, and graduate of The Blake School in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Personal: R. Thomas Murtha resides on the Upper West Side with his wife and French Bulldog. Interests include: Architecture, ice hockey, golf, visual and performing arts, history, the NFL, books, travel, and giving back to the community by coaching the Central Park North Stars, an American Special Hockey Association member.
